The Jerusalem Archaeological Park is a series of archaeological sites in and around the old city of  Jerusalem. The archaeological work being done includes the area south of the Temple Mount, the Kidron Valley and the slope of the Mount of Olives, the Valley of Hinnom, and the old city of Jerusalem.  It covers a historical period from the time before the Israelites conquered Canaan through recent times.
